Asus ROG Phone 6 is an upcoming mobile from Asus. The phone is rumored to come with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The Asus ROG Phone 6 is expected to be powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 is rumored to run Android 12 and is expected to be powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Asus ROG Phone 6 supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Asus ROG Phone 6 is rumored to pack a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus.
Connectivity options on the Asus ROG Phone 6 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/x, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone are rumored to include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor and compass/magnetometer.
In a series of teasers, the company has officially confirmed that the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
The regular ROG Phone 6 is expected to offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, while the ROG Phone 6 Pro is expected to feature 18GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro are also the first set of smartphones in the world to use a 165Hz AMOLED display with a loud and powerful stereo speaker setup.
Similarly, the smartphone will have dual USB Type-C ports, one for charging the device while the other will be used for attaching first-party accessories like an aero cooler.
