WWE legend Mark Henry recruits Bianca Belair to the Performance Center in Orlando.

Crawford began working in NXT and participated in the inaugural Mae Young Classic, where she lost in the second round.  They changed her name to Bianca Belair.

She defeated challengers such as Lacey Evans, Candice LeRay, Aaliyah, Dakota Kai and Deona Purrazo.

On January 26, 2019, at NXT Takeover Phoenix, Belair earned an opportunity to face NXT Women's Champion, Shayna Baszler.

His undefeated streak was broken when he lost to the champion.  She faced Baszler again at NXT Takeover: New York and lost.

Belair played several matches with Mia Yim before earning another shot at the Women's Championship.

On the debut episode of NXT on USA Network, Belair challenged Rhea Ripley in a losing effort for the NXT Women's Championship.

She faced Becky on two occasions for the SmackDown and Raw Women's Championships, but she was unsuccessful.

In 2022, she won the Elimination Chamber match.  At WrestleMania 38, she defeated Becky Lynch to win the Raw Women's Championship.
