According to rumours, the Huawei P60 series may launch with a 14nm Kirin 9100 processor with 14nm chipset technology.
However, the craziness doesn't stop here, the user wrote that this chipset will be made with 14nm 3D packaging.
The note further states that this 14nm chipset will be equivalent to a 5nm chip.
Currently, Huawei cannot manufacture new chipsets due to US sanctions. On the other hand, we can't compare the performance of the 14nm versus the 5nm on board.
Even though Huawei has made substantial progress, the performance and manufacturing process for both the 14nm and 5nm processors will differ in all aspects.
So there is no possibility of P60 launching this year. But we can expect that it can be launched in 2023.
