Samsung Galaxy S22 leaks in new Bora Purple color

The Galaxy S22 series has been around for half a year, but Samsung's marketing campaign for the latest flagship hasn't stopped.

And according to a new leak, the Galaxy S22 may soon get another color option.

The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ may soon get an additional purple color option even though only Violet online color option is already present for both these devices.

However, this new flavor of purple color covers the frame and camera housing unlike the usual purple color option which has a gold frame.

This new uniform purple color is reminiscent of the BTS Limited Edition Galaxy devices released in the past.

However, it will reportedly be called "Bora Purple" and doesn't seem to have a direct connection to the popular K-pop band.

The leaked renders below follow in the footsteps of the rumored Bora Purple color for the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

This is quite surprising, considering that the frame and camera module on the other Galaxy S22 series colorways are finished in a different shade.

It goes without saying that the Bora Purple variant of the Galaxy S22 series will be no different on the hardware front.

The devices will pack similar hardware, but Samsung may limit the new colorway to select RAM/storage variants.
